We retain your personal data for no longer than 36 months from the date of your last interaction with us, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., accounting records). Data relating to enquiries that do not proceed to a booking is deleted within 12 months.

We use the following third-party services that may process data on our behalf:

• Elfsight (review widget): loads publicly visible review data from Google and Facebook. No personal data from visitors is shared.
• Google Fonts: fonts are loaded from Google servers; please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
