1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PugliaKitchen website at pugliakitchen.com and your engagement of our culinary experience services. By submitting an enquiry or booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply.

2. Services

PugliaKitchen offers the following culinary experience services in Puglia, Italy:

• Cooking classes for individuals and groups
• Private chef services at your villa, masseria, or accommodation
• Catering and service for special events (weddings, anniversaries, corporate)
• Nourish Retreats (multi-day food and wellness experiences)

All experiences are subject to availability and are tailored on a case-by-case basis. No booking is confirmed until we have issued a written confirmation.

3. Booking and Payment

To secure a booking:

• A deposit of 30% of the total agreed fee is required to confirm your booking.
• The remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the experience date.
• For Nourish Retreats, a 50% deposit is required upon confirmation, with the balance due 14 days prior.
• Payment methods are confirmed at the time of booking (bank transfer or other agreed method).
• Prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include all agreed ingredients and services unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• More than 14 days before the experience: Full deposit refund, minus any non-recoverable third-party costs.
• 7 to 14 days before: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
• Less than 7 days before: No refund on the deposit. Full balance remains due if cancellation occurs after payment.
• No-show: No refund is applicable.

In the unlikely event that PugliaKitchen must cancel your experience due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies

You are responsible for informing us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances at the time of booking. While we take every care to accommodate your needs, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. PugliaKitchen cannot be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to disclose dietary information.

6. Photography and Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including recipes, photographs, videos, and text, is the intellectual property of PugliaKitchen and may not be reproduced without written permission. Guests are welcome to take personal photographs during experiences. By sharing photos on social media, you grant PugliaKitchen a non-exclusive right to repost or share such content, with credit.

7. Limitation of Liability

PugliaKitchen's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific experience in question. We are not liable for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

8. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, pandemic restrictions, or severe weather. In such cases, we will work together to find an equitable solution, including rescheduling.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with Italian law. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bari, Italy.
