PugliaKitchen operates at the client's location: we bring the kitchen to you. Over the years, this has meant building lasting working relationships with the masserias, villas, and agriturismos that regularly host our experiences, and with the producers and suppliers whose ingredients feature in every menu.

The partners listed here are the result of real, sustained collaboration: venues that know how to work with our team, suppliers we trust with our guests. Every one of them has been vetted by Chef Domenico personally: not through a single visit, but through repeated work together.

If you own or manage a masseria, villa, agriturismo, or accommodation in Puglia and believe you could be a good fit for PugliaKitchen experiences, we would like to hear from you. We select our partners carefully: what we look for is a well-equipped kitchen, flexibility for events and private dining, and a genuine willingness to build a working relationship over time.

There is no listing fee. We simply work together, and if the fit is right, the collaboration tends to grow on its own.
